Rhaskos appears in the War for the Overworld campaign as an allied Underlord. Rhaskos has suffered from Empire attacks and is on the verge of defeat. The player has to defend Rhaskos while attempting to defeat the attackers.

The Under Games campaign, which takes place a long time before the main War for the Overworld campaign, has Rhaskos appearing as an opponent to the player.

Rhaskos is also an AI personality for Skirmish and Multiplayer games.
