Volta

"The Infernal Contraption"

Volta only appears during the Under Games campaign. Volta is one of the playable Underlords for the Under Games. If you do not play as Volta, then Volta instead appears as an opponent.

Volta has access to a unique unit during the Under Games, although it require some unique circumstances to obtain it. Normally, Volta can't build a Beast Den during the Under Games. However, if Volta can capture a Beast Den from another Underlord, then Badass Flying Chunders will spawn.

Volta is also an AI personality for Skirmish and Multiplayer games.

During the Under Games campaign, all of Volta's defences are cheaper than normal and lock less mana. Parts also build faster. Volta also gets a wide variety of Chunders. However, Volta is incapable of building a Beast Den.
