Arcanist
A powerful, studious, and insane sorceress of the Arcane Order. Works in the Archive.
If you have an Overworld Gateway then you can attract Empire Units. Attracted by the Archive and Sanctuary, you also need a sizable Vault. Each Archive prop will attract one Arcanist, while the Sanctuary generally attracts more Arcanists than an Archive of the same size.

Stacks up every time an ability is used, with each stack item increasing damage dealt by 10%. Stacks 10 times, lasts 10 seconds.
